Coffee shops near me the old vernacular

 

            In the past few years, when you wanted a cup of joe not sold in your local supermarket and had your smartphone, you might search "Coffee shops near me." Since 2020, more people have started buying online instead of standing in line at your local store. The new search has become "buy coffee online" and has begun spreading. One can now easily buy coffee from any city worldwide and have it delivered to their door in days or weeks. 
           The search for coffee shops near me has become the old vernacular and ushered in the search for coffee online.  I am not saying that coffee buying in the neighborhood is dead. People still like to buy their coffee now. However, their taste has expanded, and people are willing to buy online and wait if that purchase is worth the wait. 
            Why would coffee be worth the wait? Roasting and beans. The beans stay fresher than ground coffee, and the different ways to roast the coffee give us different tastes. Roasting is an art, and each roaster has a different way to roast their beans. Just as each chef has a unique way in their culinary art, so does the roaster. If you have yet to try different coffees from online vendors- you are in for a treat. Today is always a good day to expand your coffee palate. By the way, the cat picture is Millie.
